I had intended to post about some handcrafted wooden furniture today, but during my research, I got stopped dead in my tracks by the discovery of vintage suitcase pet beds. Obviously, there was no going back. I don't know who originated this idea, but it's an incomparable feat of repurposing genius! Cats love to get all up in your luggage, so why not give them a piece of their very own? The pet beds pictured above are by Etsy sellers K. Grant Designs and  Love Nostalgic Whimsy. And if you don't believe that cats and small dogs have a preference for vintage, here's proof from my own past: our old kitty Cleo enjoying my purple-lined valise.
