I was in the South last week and it was 90 degrees. Flowers everywhere. We had to kick a scantily clad sunbathing man off of the baseball field at the park to take some batting practice. Spring had sprung.

Back in Brooklyn we’re still hovering in the coat and scarf temperatures, so I’m conjuring spring by going deep into some Easter eye candy to warm up the week. Here’s a selection of my favorites to mail, make, wear, and read:

Rifle Paper, but of course, has beautiful Easter cards. My favorite features this Harvey-sized chap handing out eggs.

Ever ingenious, 3191 has instructions for using rubber bands to create patterns on your dyed eggs.

Licorice whiskers! And other edible elements grace these great bunny cupcakes from Brooklyn Supper (via Babble’s Family Kitchen).

The leggy jackrabbit necklaces at Odette remind me of the best Easter book ever written, The Country Bunny and the Little Gold Shoes.
