Can’t Help It: I’m Obsessed with Rocket Popsicles
Amy Palanjian

I am entirely aware that rocket popsicle molds are not new, and that I am not the first person to have rediscovered them this summer. But since I had been dreaming about these popsicles and I stumbled across a set of Tovolo molds over the weekend, I am telling you about them anyway.
I mixed up a tweaked version of our Strawberry Cinnamon Frozen Greek Yogurt using pureed blueberries in for the strawberries and set about making me some pops. I love that I could just as easily have filled them with fruit juice for a summery treat and that these molds will last for many summers to come. Plus, they are BPA free plastic, which makes me feel a lot better about letting food hang out in them for extended periods of time.
Sure, they were an impluse buy (I was browsing in PB kids looking for lighting, as you do), but totally worth it to me. Now I just need to figure out how to make the red, white, and blue pops I loved making a mess of as a kid.
