When I got my hands on photographer Todd Selby’s first book, The Selby is in Your Place, I swooned. His intimate images of creative individuals’ homes had me lusting for a more vibrant abode to call my own. But when I closed the oversized book—which stemmed from his shelter-porn site theselby.com—I thought, “My place is so Selby.”
I’m sure I’m not alone. And now, on top of bragging rights, Crate and Barrel’s modern sister store, CB2, is giving people who live in great spaces another reason to beg the New York artist to come and capture their homes.
