How Do You Know
Friday, August 7 (reception)
Oakland, California
Running through the end of August,
How Do You Know is a collaboration that has been over a year in the making.
Blankspace and
Gallery 126 of Galway, Ireland, have teamed up to present exchange exhibitions in each country featuring local artists of the other. The pairing seems natural because both galleries are artist-run with an eye for experimentation, and 126 was created as an urgent response to the need for non-commercial gallery space. What this all means is that you will see some very amazing, very conceptual Irish art during the month of August.
Art in Storefronts
