WW/O Processed Foods: Day Five, Breakfast

Friday Breakfast: homemade granola bar, with cantaloupe and coffee. I also had some zucchini that was leftover from last night since I realized that I need to start incorporating more produce into my first meal of the day in order to not have it go to waste (more on that later!).
Prep Time: 8 minutes A little later on, I'll share my learnings from this week, some big exciting farm-related news and also a handful of my favorite resources (including cookbooks) for cooking and eating this way. Stay tuned!
