Fuschia Mash Found this illustrated recipe while reading Poppytalk this morning. Claudia Pearson is doing a year's worth of simple, seasonal recipes and I love the style of illustration on this one for a potato puree with beets, yogurt and plenty of spices. (Truthfully, when I clicked through to Claudia's site, there was a post with an illustrated "Congratulations Amy" on it, which made me feel so special- even though I was not the Amy in question- that I needed to send a little love back.)
