Food Blog of the Week: Honey & Jam

This week's food blog of the week wins on photography alone purely because the food images on Honey & Jam are the sort that I want to look at all day long. I haven't had the chance to try any of the recipes yet but I actually might make this Apple Cake over the weekend because I have all of the ingredients at home and I can think of no reason not to make this. I'd also totally make these Banana Bread Yeasted Waffles if I owned a waffle maker.
Last week in the office, we had a long discussion about sandwich cookies—the merits of whoopie pies vs. two cookies sandwiched together between a filling—and had I found this photo of Oatmeal Cream Pies then, I think I would have silenced the Whoopie Pie contingent.
