Vegetable Vessels

Margaret Dorfman makes bowls from vegetables. Seriously. She takes fresh veggies, slices them up, lets them cure for a few days, and shapes the parchment-like pieces into translucent bowls. Each chemical-free vessel takes about ten days for Margaret to make, and she incorporates over 20 seasonal vegetables throughout the year.
They're pretty to look at, too.
