The Matt Lamp from Ilot Ilov is a knitted lamp that contains an energy saving bulb with no heat emission. Knitters, take note -- this seems like a fairly easy DIY project you can do, using your own special and unique stitch or pattern. I'm not much of a knitter, more of a crocheter (and not a very good one), but I bet you can crochet one of these, too.
