Vintage-style radios are making a comeback. WIth brands like Tivoli creating new technology inspired by the vintage look, actual retro-style radios are starting to become more desirable as decor. Now, I don't think that these are really being used too often as radios. I mean, let's be honest...not a lot of us listen to terrestrial radio anymore. Most of us younger folks usually opt for online programs, podcasts and satellite radio. The only time I listed to the radio is in my car if I don't have my iPhone hooked up or a good CD in the player. Do you listen to the radio often?

If you're in the market for a retro style radio -- whether its for decor or for listening to your favorite morning DJ -- Etsy is one of the best places to find a decent vintage radio. Close seconds for scouting are eBay and Craigslist. Personally, I love getting up on a Saturday morning and venturing out to the neighborhood garage sales but there's limited time left in the yard sale season -- so you better get out there now!
