Chicago’s Vintage Bazaar
Megan Jeyifo

Thousands of bargain-seeking Midwesterners descended upon South Halsted Street in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago on Saturday for the fourth installment of pop-up market The Vintage Bazaar. The turnout at Libby Alexander and Katherine Raz's nouveau-flea featuring 50-plus sellers in 2,000 square feet of a rented warehouse—also home to Architectural Anarchy and the Chicago Urban Art Society—was huge, especially given the unseasonable weather our area was experiencing. The Vintage Bazaar pops back up in the same location this September, and while I definitely recommend making a trip to Chicago to check it out, many of the wares peddled in our great city on Saturday are available online through the vendors' own sites and on Etsy and Ebay.
Check out a slideshow of favorites with links to shops and put The Bazaar's blog in your reader for market updates, vendor profiles, home tours, and advice on selling vintage.
