The Vintage Bazaar, Chicago
-
Slide 1/14Green Cricket Salvage's license plate sconces caught our eye immediately, as did creator Beth Heeny's tennis racket mirrors and spun fiberglass patio chairs. -
Slide 2/14Vendor Just Lisa was the only seller I shot photos of that doesn’t have an online presence. You’ll have to see her and her ostrich eggs in September. -
Slide 3/14Just Lisa had a clever shelf of wood and ladders, too. -
Slide 4/14Architectural Anarchy’s big stuff was on the same floor as the Bazaar. -
Slide 5/14Dress forms: creepy or cool? -
Slide 6/14Hot House Market featured lots of vintage canisters, tulip bowls and $5 aprons. -
Slide 7/14Many sellers offered vintage patterns but Butterick’s pants really took the cake. -
Slide 8/14Study LLC's set-up was one of my favorites. I hope someone picked up both sets of those nesting tables. -
Slide 9/14Bombshell Shocked wins for best shop name and best baubles. -
Slide 10/14Manly Vintage came with the, er, manly vintage. This steel dresser was a highlight. -
Slide 11/14Jenstyle's shoes made me yearn for smaller feet. -
Slide 12/14She also featured a book on communicable diseases. Must-have, right? -
Slide 13/14Take 2 Vintage's curtains. -
Slide 14/14Take 2 Vintage was also the site of my favorite purchase of the day: two of these planters for $35.
