Cork Board
Posted by Jessica Morrison
My mother-in-law wanted her work cubicle to be a little less.....uh.....cubicle. And one of the things she wanted changed was a BORING old cork board.Skill Level
Very Easy
Active Time
Less than an hour
Cost
$
- One large drop ceiling tile
- fabric
Materials
- Stapler
- Hot glue gun
Tools
I got some clearance fabric. Wrapped it around the ceiling tile. Stapled on the back side. And at this point, you could honestly be done. I had some extra fabric so I decided to make two small pockets so I cut two squares, sewed a seam all the way around the pocket, and then hot glued it onto the board leaving the top open. If you are going to hang it on a wall, you can put picture hanging hardware on the back. If you decide to do this, make sure to add a little super glue so the nails won't slip out.
