The sleeves make a good temporary holder. A charging cable can easily fit under the sleeves to charge or synch the ipad at the same time. -

You don't even have to remove the cardboard when you make the notches, I fold them inside the holder. -

One sleeve is the first prototype made, it's really stable too and will work for those who drink only one coffee a day...

You can make a pretty stable Ipad holder using these coffee cup sleeves. Only one sleeve work already well, but the 2 sleeves combo is even better. After making the Ipad chopstick holder, I had to try an even easier project.

- 2 coffee cup sleeves
Materials
- Razor blade
- Pencil

In the 2 sleeves version, the first sleeve will have to be cut through the 2 layers of cardboard.
The second sleeve will be cut differently on the back and the front following the schematic (that is suppose to give a rough idea of the cutting zone, it's not exact measurement or proportions).
Then you just have to assemble the 2 sleeves together.
