Here’s a prolix approach to note-keeping for your inner word nerd. The Scrabble bulletin board, with its pleasing pastel squares, lets you pin antidisestablishmentarian messages in those triple word score corners.

- Old Scrabble game, with letter tiles
- 3/8" diameter metal thumb tacks (a complete set of tiles requires 100 tacks)
- Quick-setting epoxy
- 4 8" x 5.8" nails
Materials
- Drill
- 5 6/4" drill bit
- Toothpicks
Tools
Work in batches of 10 tiles at a time.
Use a toothpick to apply a small dab of epoxy to the blank side of each tile.
Center and press the flat side of the tack onto the tile.
Repeat this process for as many tiles as desired, and set them aside on a flat surface to dry.
In each corner of the board, 1/2" from the edge, drill a nail hole.
Nail the board to the wall.
Leave high-scoring messages for housemates or loved ones.
